John Eidsmoe will peel back the rhetoric of the famous Mayflower Compact to reveal the truths behind it that were unique in all of history and that paved the way to self-government and the rule of law. Col. John EidsmoeFoundation for Moral Law
John Eidsmoe is a retired Air Force Lt. Colonel, retired Alabama State Defense Force Colonel, and current Mississippi State Guard Chaplain 9 (Colonel). He is a Professor of Law at the Oak Brook College of Law and Government Policy. He has served as Senior Staff Attorney with the Alabama Supreme Court and is currently Counsel and Resident Scholar for the Foundation for Moral Law. As a constitutional attorney he has defended the rights of home schools, Christian schools and students in public schools. He serves on the Board of Lutherans for Life as well as the Plymouth Rock Foundation. He has authored 16 books and lives with his wife Marlene in rural Pike Road, Alabama.
